Ordering:
Our website is created to support the customer and making shopping easy. For every product you will find a presentation and a description of use.

Payment:
Payments follow via credit cards only. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. All card information are encrypted before transmission. This gives you the certainty that your information is not accessible to others.

Delivery:
As soon as your payment is registered within our system the products are sent to you. Normally we sent the products within 2-3 days after registration of payment.

Freight:
Our products are sent through PostDanmark CarryOn Budget (danish post) to the whole world. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the shipment. In your shopping cart the total costs are shown.

Returns:
Should the received product contain defects you have the right to return it to Australian Bodycare. The product must be packed correctly and you must enclose a copy of the invoice as well as a description of the defect. When we have received the returned, intact product and the complaint is accepted, we will refund the payment (less shipping charges).
