The term “Buyer" is used about the physical person who mainly deals on a personal behalf and who offers Australian Bodycare to buy its products by sending an order over certain goods.

The term "Australian Bodycare" is used about the physical as well as the legal person who accepts the offer of the Buyer by sending an order confirmation and selling the actual goods. The terms is also used about this website where products can be displayed and ordered.

Prices:
All prices are current prices and only valid on the day of ordering. All prices can be subject to price changes. All prices are incl. 25% VAT (danish tax) .
The level of freight costs is dependant on the total weight of your order. These costs will be calculated and shown in your shopping cart.

Ordering:
The presentation of the products together with the prices shown on Australian Bodycare is not a legally binding offer but merely an invitation to make an offer.
The Buyer´s order from Australian Bodycare is no legally binding accept but merely a binding offer for Australian Bodycare to buy the products on that condition.
A contract between Buyer and Australian Bodycare is only legally binding when Australian Bodycare has issued an order confirmation that confirms the offer of the Buyer. Australian Bodycare can refuse orders that are supposedly not intended for personal use. In cases of sold out products or non availability of products Australian Bodycare is entitled to make part deliveries. In such cases Australian Bodycare will inform the Buyer immediately.

Payment:
Credit card information supplied by the Buyer will be encrypted (SSL) and sent directly to PBS (Payment Business Service). Data will only be visible for the Buyer and PBS. No third-party will be able to see the data. The amount is withdrawn from the account when the products are shipped by Australian Bodycare.

Warranty & Complaints:
The Buyer must inform Australian Bodycare of any complaint without delay. Australian Bodycare gives no warranty for defects, damage or wearout that originate from false handling, lack of maintenance, violence or unauthorised interference by the Buyer.
The Buyer must send a copy of the original invoice together with the product and a letter explaining the reason for the complaint.

Liability:
Australian Bodycare has made it easy for the Buyer to get relevant information from other websites. These websites are not controlled by Australian Bodycare and therefore Australian Bodycare can not be held responsible for the content of these websites.
Information about products bought via these websites is not included in the description of the products offered by Australian Bodycare.
Australian Bodycare is not liable to pay compensation for direct or indirect losses that might occur if ordered products arrive too late at the Buyer´s place due to circumstances without of reach of Australian Bodycare, such as war, rebellion, riots, fire, public intervention, confiscation, currency restrictions, working conflicts like strike, lockout etc.

Withdrawal:
Within 14 days the Buyer can withdraw from the order by shipping products back that are still intact together with a copy of the original invoice. Australian Bodycare will refund the order amount.
If products are returned POD (Pay on delivery) Australian Bodycare will refuse to receive the products. Products must be returned securely packed to avoid damage.
The Buyer can also withdraw from the order by refusing to receive the products.

Alterations:
Australian Bodycare may change and alter the Terms & Conditions for this website on a regular basis. It is therefore important that the Buyer is updated about possible changes before proceeding to the shop.

Misuse:
This website is owned and operated by Australian Bodycare. The website and the online shop is only for private Buyers. All elements on the website is protected according to the laws of copyright. No element must be copied, downloaded or distributed without prior consent of Australian Bodycare. Misuse of Australian Bodycare will be directly reported to the police.
